360 CE have been working for DTZ for over 5 years, providing reactive maintenance on-going renovation works to keep the building looking at its best.

Occupying 3 floors and covering over 400,000 sq ft the Mall attracts over 7 million visitors a year. There are 75 retail units, six kiosks and two office buildings.

Such high footfall creates continuous wear and tear on communal entrances and walk-ways. Recently 360 completed minor works to the main entrance, including repairs to the sofits, removal of signage and external redecoration. Previous projects have included mechanical works, repairs to the ceramic flooring, redecoration, roof repairs and installation of new suspended ceilings.
